What is an INTERACT CLUB ?
Rotary clubs sponsor schools in their area to host an INTERACT CLUB. The clubs are for 14-18 year old’s & are designed to foster understanding, and to provide an awareness of Community & International service – whilst also promoting good will by all involved.
The purpose of INTERACT is to provide opportunities for young people to work together in a world fellowship dedicated to service & international understanding.

An INTERACT CLUB is organised, sponsored & supervised by a Rotary club and is approved & encouraged by the school authorities.
There is a standard interact club constitution prescribed by ROTARY INTERNATIONAL which each club must adopt. A Rotarian from the sponsor club attends every meeting of the Interact club.

What do we love about INTERACTORS ?
We love their ENTHUSIASM….and willingness to help out the disadvantaged. We love that they are able to easily identify people in their communities that need a helping hand. We love they they want to become the leaders of leaders in their school community & that they want to help their younger school mates to take over their leadership roles in the future. We love that these guys care more about the needs of others than they do about having a leisurely lunch break with others that don’t share their compassion & empathy !!!
It is a pleasure to deal with INTERACTORS…The future compassionate leaders of Tasmania !!
